TERMS OF PURCHASE FOR ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS

By purchasing any digital product from Sarah's Digital Shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Goods

All products sold on this website are digital goods. These include but are not limited to: email courses, premium guides, PDFs, templates, worksheets, and any other downloadable or access-based content. Delivery occurs either via restricted-access Google Drive links, email, or direct download. Access may require a valid Google account or email address.

2. No Refund Policy - ECT Act Section 44

Under Section 44(2)(f) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act 25 of 2002, the 7-day cooling-off period does NOT apply to this transaction because:

- The goods are clearly personalised to you

- By their nature, digital goods cannot be returned

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or digital files have been delivered.

3. Access Granting

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to your purchased digital product(s). Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

4. Prohibited Actions

You may not share, copy, redistribute, publish, or resell any part of any digital product purchased from Sarah's Digital Shop. All products are watermarked or tracked to identify the original purchaser.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access, contact sarah@example.com within 7 days of purchase. I will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Technical issues do not guarantee a refund.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
